Payment can be made using the debit or credit card or by money order or cheque. Orders can also be cancelled without any reason. However it may take a few days before the amount appears in your account due to bank procedures. Goods that are to be returned must be packed well in order to reach them secured. You may use their Product Finder utility in order to search for a particular product from the lot. You can make sure if you have received the order by checking your email after you have placed the order. You are supposed to receive two emails - one from the Party Box and the other from Sage Pay that confirms payment. Party Box uses Interlink couriers and Royal Mail to deliver goods to their customers within the estimated time. All facilities pertaining to delivery of ordered goods is followed properly by this company. Items that have been received in damaged conditions or otherwise may be sent back for replacement or refund. They provide customer support either over phone or through email.
