Free golf session for youth by golf pro
The coaches of Cranleigh School Sports Centre and professional golfer Tom Howard will be bringing young aspiring players together for a ‘One Day Golf Academy’. Tom who is from Horsham and the coaches will present a taster session at the school’s 9-hole par 3 course. Anyone aged between 11 years and 16 years can avail of the session free of charge, on a first come, first served basis. The session will include teaching skills like putting, chipping and swing and also games. The session will be held at Cranleigh School Sports Centre, on 1st June, Sunday. Free yoga class offered by Amanda
You can join a free yoga class being offered by Amanda on 29th May(Thursday). It is suitable for all beginners as well as seasoned practitioners of yoga. The taster session will help you learn about Ashtanga Yoga and the ways of breathing , stretching and relaxing. The normal course comprises of 4 weekly classes and are slow paced to give proper attention to participants. After some physical exertion the class will end with deep relaxation. Yoga is greatly beneficial to the body, mind and spirit. By regularly practicing, it will bring out the true potential of the person in a positive sense.
