A free concert is to be held on the eve of the 2017 G20 Summit in Hamburg, Germany. DJ Duo The Chinsmokers, Coldplay and Ellie Goulding, all three are set to perform at the Global Citizen Festival on 6th July.

The event will allocate 9,000 free tickets to music fans and activists, who can apply for a free ticket by joining the Global Citizen Movement at the website – globalcitizenfestival.de. Chris Martin, the frontman for Coldplay, recently played their new collaboration teaming up with the Chainsmokers at the BRIT Awards.

Ellie Goulding said that after joining last summer the Golobal Cititzen Festival in New York on stage, she is excited to continue her journey by performing again in July in Hamburg, supporting the movement for a sustainable future and that’s free of extreme poverty.
