The free workshops run from 12:00pm to 2:00pm and is cuddled at a space in the haberdashery department of John Lewis. The workspace is so pleasant, informal and cosy, amidst shelves of bright silk and colourful sewing machines. The girls at the department store are on hand to help any amateur crafter. At their capable hands, all kinds of ideas, from fuzzy felt faces to oversized advent calenders, nothing is too difficult to be created. It would be inspiring experience to any creative participant in this haberdashery department, filled with twinkling things in truckles. The free workshops for all this merry craft-making and hanging decorations are held as drop-in sessions, so it’s easy to join in at their stores. Anyone can bring along a friend too and make all those creative gifts for this festive season.
