The free Inspire music festival will be hosted on 16th July, Saturday, at the Warminster town park in Wiltshire, from 1pm and will go on until 7pm. In addition, there will be a hands-on session in a free music workshop to be held at the Lakeside Community Centre, provided by All Instruments of Westbury and a selection of the acts.
The free festival was founded in 2012 and has a mission to inspire anybody young or old to learn to play an instrument. So, there will be enough variety by an assortment of local musicians. Ben and Tim the acoustic duo with many years of experience, will set the party mood. An up and coming acoustic duo, Outline, will be there. Singer-songwriter and pianist Chloe-Marie will be performing.
Two other young bands will play. They are supported by Kingdown School and in keeping with the mission of Inspire, they will showcase their talents. Rose Between Two Thorns is an all-female trio playing there. Six Feet Under, the other band, is a five-piece band that will perform there. UK’s premier tribute act, Status Quo, will finish the afternoon with rocking rhythms to conclude the free festival of music.
