The Imperial Festival is back this weekend

The Imperial College, London, will be hosting its free annual festival again on 6th and 7th May (on Saturday and Sunday), at the college’s South Kensington Campus. The Imperial Festival 2017, has something for all ages and the family to enjoy, giving the public a chance to go behind-the-scenes and explore the latest in research.

The visiting public will get a taste of immersive art, hands-on experiences, delicious food, live interactive experiments, lab tours, in-depth talks, new tech demos and even musical dance based performances. Creative workshops will be held in themed zones, like Health & Body, Superbugs, the Future, Robots, and Energy & Environment.

The festival has free entry and is open to the public. The event last year attracted some 15,000 visitors.
