The cultural bonanza HF ArtsFest is returning this month to Hammersmith and Fulham, to take place from 3rd to 11th June. The 9-day cultural extravaganza has over 200 events, mostly free, to celebrate the diversity of the borough and will culminate with the H&F Unity Day march and rally.
The cultural festival will include live music, drama, film-screenings, exhibitions, walking tours and more, across different venues of the borough. Other highlights are as follows. Activities like dance, music, poetry and theatre, to be hosted at an inter-cultural arts and entertainment event, on 4th June, between 2pm and 6pm, at Hammersmith Town Hall. The Taking Art to the People (TAP) project will present the HF ArtsFest bus, with pop-up performances across the borough and on 3rd June hold the inaugural parade.
Other events include the Fulham Symphony Orchestra in Lyric Square, the Bushstock Festival at Bush Hall and the new Comedy Festival at Bush Theatre. The H&F Unity Day march takes place on11th June, starting from Shepard’s Bush Green, to reach the Ravenscourt Park, which will stage the speakers and performers.
