The Henley Design Day is back at Henley Town Hall for the sixth time. The event is being held on 17th March, starting at 10am and ending at 4pm. This year’s one-stop-shop will showcase architects, interior designers, landscapers and other design experts. Sarah Miller is organising this year’s Henley Design Day, who is from the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA).
The free event is open to all, waiting to inspire you, to make or change your home, or if you need a makeover at where you live, or if looking to meet a designer or architect about your project , whether small or big, this is where you need to be.
A long-time resident of Henley on Thames, the market town in Oxfordshire Chiltern Hills, Sarah says many of us, just to remain here, are putting up with small living spaces, but that can be recorded to make the best use of what you have. Henley Design Day is, for the first time this year, dedicating a space to showcase the work of local women.
The free event will have women guest designers and women architects available, to talk with you about your ideas. They would discuss with you, to help you make your ideas into real life, with their unique approach, coming under the banner of RIBA Women in Architecture.
