Spotify Free LimitsSpotify users in Germany, Spain and EU countries can now benefit from free Spotify service. Limits on the number of times, the users can play a song for free has been lifted which means, they can enjoy the song without any restrictions. They can listen to their favourite tracks as many as times they want. However, this amazing offer is not available for the UK and France users. The Five Play per song limit was launched in April 2011. The restrictions were introduced so that the users will be encouraged to switch to the Premium service that costs £9.99 a month. Another restriction made by the company was to cut the free play to 10 hours a month from the earlier 20 hours.

Spotify is teaming up with record companies to drop restrictions on song plays. They work has enabled them to drop the free play limits in some European countries. Hopefully, the UK users could enjoy such service in the future. A spokesperson for the company has confirmed this new move that will be implemented in European countries, except for France and the UK.

Spotify, with three million paying customers has transformed the way people listen to music. They are doing their part to fight against piracy.
