Sky customers can now benefit from Free Unlimited Wi-Fi hotspots across the UK. The Wi-Fi service is being offered through Sky Cloud. Few among the places to benefit from the free Wi-Fi hotspots are Caffe Nero, Pizza Express and Pret A Manger. Under the new proposals, SKY aims at offering Wi-Fi to Customers at 10,000 popular locations in the UK. Using a Sky Cloud app in Android and Apple products, customers can locate the high street chains where the unlimited wireless connection is available. This allows them to stay in touch with work, communicate with friends and access applications on the move.
To9 benefit from the free unlimited wireless service, customers have to download the app and log onto the free-to-use network using their Sky account ID. Since, the unlimited wireless connection is free customers need not worry about their data allowances. Lyssa McGowan, Director of Communications Products at Sky said that millions of Sky customers can get online from the Wi-Fi Hotspots via Cloud. Sky has made sure to offer service in popular eateries and public places so that customers can always have access to a high speed connection when they are out. Customers will have to register once and then they will get connected to the network automatically.
