As a New Year’s treat, Knutsford Catenians are putting up a free workshop for children on puppet skills. Led by Coverdale Puppets, the puppet skill workshop to be held at 2pm on 21st January, Sunday, in Knutsford (Cheshire), is inviting children of St Vincents to come and try out their hand at this art of puppeteers. The children can make and use puppets for themselves, as well as enjoy a show put up by expert puppeteers.
The fun-filled afternoon session is expected to conclude around 4:30pm and parents are invited, before the session ends, to the 20-minute puppet show. The free workshop will be held at the Scout headquarters in Blackhill Lane and is free for children from 5 years to 12 years old. Details for entry can be given to Mrs Corrigan at the school.
