The first event of Pride in the Park is being hosted by the Cheshire East Council on Sunday – September 16, 2018 to support the LGBT+ community. The event will take place at Tatton Park located at Tatton Park Gardens, Mereheath Dr, Knutsford WA16 6QN, Cheshire UK between 10 am to 6 pm. The event is open to all irrespective of age which is a family friendly celebration with lots of entertainment and activities.
You can bring your own picnic items and enjoy at picturesque gardens of Tatton Park at free of charge. The visitors can enjoy the performances of Juba do Leão, Brazilian carnival drum and dance act, The Twins – Abba tribute performance and Cheshire Rock Choir, Proud Mary’s Choir and Sandbach High School jazz band and choir.
The event will also feature a health and wellbeing place for the visitors to get help & support from various organisations. Cheshire Police and Fire & Rescue Service and other Cheshire partner agencies will also be present at the event.

The Pride in the Park Picnic is a Free event to all along with a nominal parking fee. There will be a free shuttle bus service available to pick up & drop the people from Knutsford town centre to park.
