School leavers will find this free-to-attend show really worthwhile for their prom at school or college. As teenagers and their parents prepare to celebrate their college or high school leaving across Preston, Preston Fayres UK will be hosting, at Preston Guild Hall, a red carpet event on 14th February, Sunday, which will be held from 11:00am to 4:00pm.
The Prom Fayre event includes 2 catwalk sessions that will display the trends in dresses, jewellery, hair, make-up and accessories. They are open to all college or school leavers to attend, if they are preparing this summer to attend a prom, but must be accompanied by an adult.
Once a tradition in the USA, it has become part of the British summer too. The MD of Prom Fayres, Sarah Burns, said their Prom Fayres, successful in the past, are the largest of its kind in the North West. All school leavers in Lancashire are invited to this free event, the Prom Fayres show, to do away with the hassles of both theirs and their parents, said Sarah Burns.
