Artangel will be placing a piece of interesting art installation at the Palace of Westminster in London, from 29th June to 1st September. The colossal art piece will be created by Artist Jorge Otero-Pailos. He will make a 50 metre long latex cast of one of the walls inside. It will be a historical record of the wall from inside the Palace of Westminster, as it collects the dust on the surface of the wall when cast.
The artwork will be suspended later from the ceiling for all to see. Visitors will get free entry to view the massive artwork, The Ethos of Dust, by Jorge Otero-Pailo. But it will be operated by timed tickets, as for any visit here, with visitors going through an airport-style security check to enter. The Palace of Westminister is practically where the two houses of the Parliament is situated. Although free entry is given, booking in advance is required.
