Ottery town, in England’s East Devon district, is offering free entry for a skateboarding taster session to be held on the 31st of August, 2014, from 1 pm to 3 pm, the venue being the Ottery skate park located in the vicinity of the town’s Leisure Centre. Recently, there has been a definite drive in calling out to all skateboarders in the Ottery town towards taking part in this exciting new project and boosting participation.
This free skateboarding taster session is organized by the LED Leisure Management, also known as Leisure East Devon formerly, along with the Skate & BMX Trust of the Ottery district authority. This free session is being held as part of the Sport England project ‘Devon Active Communities’, under which the session will be conducted by two qualified instructors, while all skateboards as well as the necessary safety equipment will be provided totally free of charge, to benefit all the participating skateboarders.
