In its bid to celebrate arts and science, Northwich Library will transform into a Fun Palace for one day. As Libraries Week will run up to 14th October, a host of activities are being held. As a part of an international celebration of community to bring together people via the arts, crafts, science and technology, Northwich Library will chance into a Fun Palace and open its doors. Libraries across Cheshire will holding throughout the week, a number of other events. Libraries encorages everyone to discover their local library and showcases the best libraries have to offer in UK through the annual Libraries Week.
Norwich Library team leader Victoria Hunter, said there is amazing talent and skills in the community and community groups, residents and businesses are getting together to celebrate arts ad science at a great event like Fun Palaces. The free event offers crafts and workshops for all ages in anexciting programme of events from 3D printing to Waste Doctor, from table top board games to science experiments.
