More free events at 9 day Brockley Max festival

The Brockley Max festival will be returning for nine days, starting on 20 May and running up to 6 June. The fun packed days will feature more than 70 events this time at Brockley, Honor Oak, Crofton Park and Ladywell. Most of them will be free events.

The festival will kick-off on 29 May, with a musical showcase outside the Brockley station from 3:00pm. The festival will have live street art, gigs, theatre, films and activities for children. Some of the highlights at the festival include a Brockley Brewery’s Beer Festival (on 3 June) and paint along supper (on 4 June). On 5June, Brockleywood Nights will present locally made short-films in the outdoor. On 31 May will be Buried Treasures, with a candlelit show at Brockley and an event at Ladywell Cemetary. The festival will climax with the Brockley Max evening at The Honor Oak pub, a pop-up bar, featuring a cabaret. For more information on free events and others, visit the site- brockleymax.co.uk.
