The community growing project, ‘Crafts and Conversations’, will deliver more classes and workshops with its learning programme in 2016, This year’s highlights include a masterclass in garden design run by garden designer Jeni Cairns, a RHS Gold winner; willow weaving with Renny Antonelli, painting mini canvases, mosaics, vegan cookery and poetry with Peterborough Laureate.
Most sessions are for free and all of them are being held at Green Backyard, Ondle Road, Peterborough. Sessions are between May and July. It is advisable to book spaces for even the free sessions, as they are limited. Participants should be 19 years old or above. Details available at the website- thegreenbackyard.com.
