Keighley and Worth Valley Railway will offer Christmas cheer with festive entertainment at Ingrow railway station. The visitor attraction at the station will hold the free song session as part of the series of musical events, held all through the year, at the station complex. ‘Seasonal Songs’ will be hosted at the complex from 7pm to 9pm, around a fireside, on 9th December, Saturday. Anyone is welcome to join the singers and musicians gathered around the fireside, either to sing, or play music or simply to listen at the free session.

The loco museum has memorabilia saved from the age of steam, plus a railway carriage converted to tell school groups and visitors the ‘Rail Story’. During a special event held recently for National Heritage Days, the museum introduced new costumed guides. The volunteer guides wear period dresses belonging to the to golden age of steam.
