The Festival Manager, Cathy Burger stated that the trails were an excellent means by which people could be brought together into places, providing them with a chance to see go to places and taste foods that they have never visited or tasted earlier.
She said that the previous year’s trail was a terrific success and the eateries and bars that participated, experienced a fantastic encouragement to their businesses in the moths after the trail with people who visited the trail becoming their regular customers.
The festival planned for the current year pledges 70 drink and food stalls with exhibitions and seminars being conducted in Byram Arcade and St. George’s Square.
