Throughout the whole of Thursday, Ray Park witnessed a rare and rather wonderful sight when ever so many pets that arrived at the park with their owners were given free health check ups. This very thoughtful event was sponsored by PDSA and Redbridge Culture and Leisure. The event was conducted in Ray Park in Snakes Lane East, Woodford Green. Just for information the PDSA is one of the UK’s top animal charity organizations.
All the pets that were brought to Ray Park for the free check up were examined for their weight and the shape of their bodies by veterinary doctors from the PDSA. In addition the veterinary doctors gave the pets a thorough dental examination and they also suggested to the owners all kinds of exercises for their pets and good advice on how they should be taken care of.
All owners of pets who attended this free pet heck up were also offered the option of getting to know more about the facilities and the services that the animal charity Redbridge Culture and Leisure provided and how they also looked after and treated pets of people who had no means of treating or taking care of pets that had been hurt or injured.
