Bristol based business growth Consultancy Cool Ventures has been giving their support for the start ups & existing businesses and offers various free workshops to develop their businesses. They have organised for a free workshop on “Strategy and Business Planning” on Wednesday – October 24, 2018 at Bath and County Club, Queen’s Parade, Bath BA1 2NJ. The full day workshop will run from 9 am to 5 pm.
The session is supported by Bath and North East Somerset Council, the European Regional Development Fund and other members of the Enterprising West of England Consortium. Those businesses situated in Bath and North East Somerset are invited to this free session.
The workshop is mainly aimed at existing businesses that want to grow more by whatever means say by staff, number of sales outlets, turnover or anything. You may have some good ideas to improve your business in future period but do not know to find the required changes. This workshop will help the businesses of such kind and discuss about the steps that are required to reach your goals and to understand the challenges or problems that you may face during such business transformation.
At the end of workshop, you will get clear vision for your long term goals & the path to reach your goals; setting of short/medium/long term objectives of your business linked to your vision; business plan in a single page to deliver your short term objectives; the confidence and motivation to move forward; finding important projects which need to be executed in near 12 months to move your business forward & finding important actions for delivery of such projects; how to assign responsibilities, timescales and measurements.
