Free workshop for those plans for new business start up

Those living in Charnwood, who are having plans to start up a new business in this new year and do not know what to do & how to proceed with, can come to a free workshop which has been organised on Wednesday – January 9, 2019. The workshop will be held at the Council offices in Southfield Road, Loughborough from 9.30 am to 12 pm. The free workshop is being hosted by the Charnwood Borough Council.

The Co-operative and Social Enterprise Agency will be present on the day to give help. It is an organisation that provides business related support and advice in Leicestershire. They are the experts in providing support for all types of backgrounds of businesses and help those freshers in business to create viable business.

Co-Director of CASE – Dorothy Francis said that the session will be friendly and informal and they will provide information of basics of a new business start up. The participants can raise their queries and get a chance to discuss with each other.

The Council’s lead member for planning, inward investment and tourism strategy – Cllr Eric Vardy said that as the new year is a new start and it is a new business start for some to stand on their own. This free workshop is a great chance to those planning for self employment but not having idea on how to start. This will provide guidance and advice for them.
