Blueprint is a free workshop meant for music makers and will be held on 17th June at The Glee Club, Castle Wharf, in Nottingham. It is coming to Nottingham Events, as part of a nationwide series of workshops for songwriters and musicians. The workshop will feature speakers from major organisations, including CMU:DIY, TuneCore, PRS For Music and others.
The free workshop intends to help music makers with tips and best practice, provide information on some of the best tools and services available, to understand successful music distribution and to promote music. He added that they will be discussion on everything from music publishing to royalty collection, on how to access streaming platforms like YouTube, Deeser, Google Play, Apple iTunes, Spotify and Tidal, and about dispelling away myths around digital distribution. The workshop has free entry and starts at 1:00pm on the Saturday.
