A free workshop for making Mother’s Day gifts will be held at the Reading town centre, on 10th March. The free workshop that gives everyone a creative chance to make their own gifts, will run from 11am to 3pm on the day, at the Bond Street Mall. The craft session is being held in partnership with a charity that champions the creative arts, called Jelly, which is based in Reading, Berkshire.
Artists at the workshop will be creating colourful flowers and hearts, by using a variety of recycled materials, stickers, wool and collages. The free workshop by Jelly is suitable for all ages. Get the training and chance to make a handmade gift and add a personalised message. A colourful gift like this is something your mum would love. Time slots can be booked online at the Eventbrite site (www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/make-something-special-broad-st-mall-mothers-day-workshops-hosted-by-jelly-tickets-43697580640). However sessions at the craft table cannot be guaranteed and may need a wait during busy times.
