Free Worcester event offers international cuisine

The Flavours of the Arboretum, is a free event being organised in Worcester, that offers you to taste samples of international cuisine for free. It will be held on 18th October, Sunday, at the Worcester Bowling Club in Wood Terrace. The event will be on a drop-in basis, running in the evening from 6:00PM to 9:00PM. It’s part of a wider project- Arboretum Community Engagement Project, to increase contact within the community, arranged by Arboretum Residents Association. The free event will feature international cuisine on a wide range of dishes of English, Eastern European, Portugese, Pakistani, Bangladeshi and vegetarian food. The people of this most multi-cultural area of Worcester will prepare and present it. According to Richard Fishbourne, also one of those behind the project, it is one of the first of a series of food-based events being planned, giving local people a lovely opportunity to enjoy the free food and get together.
