- Practical examples of creating an inclusive culture at workplace.
Amanda Okill said that there is an assumption that hiring disabled may cause business a risk of making unprofitable due to absence, costly adjustments etc. But these are misleading assumptions. So organisations which are not interested in engaging wide talent people including disabled may be at risk of losing great expertise knowledge and opportunities with incorrect assumptions about disability. The free workshop focuses on disabilities and health conditions including visible and hidden disabilities and to know about the benefits of recruiting from the widest talent pool including people with disabilities.
