There has been a series of free workshops organised by business consultancy “Cool Ventures” to support the businesses in Bath to enable them to get more customers and for their business expansion. These training are open to businesses who enroll for their Bath Business Support Programme.
The training programme offers free support to small and medium businesses with the help of advice and coaching by specialist experts and can access to get knowledge on planning, marketing, finance and management.
Free workshop “Win More Customers” has been organised on Wednesday – October 10, 2018 at Bath and County Club, Queen’s Parade, Bath BA1 2NJ and scheduled between 10 am to 1 pm.
The workshop is open to businesses in Bath & North East Somerset. The workshop will help to increase your customer base and you will do a business development action plan at the workshop that can be implemented at your business.
The workshop includes Identifying potential customers & knowing their needs; Gaining knowledge on sales process, buying behaviour of customers and decision making; Knowledge on different marketing methods such as traditional & social media platforms; Sales closing techniques; planning & implementation of a marketing campaign; GDPR and updations in the law.
The participants are asked to bring any of their Product sample/literature, Examples of their branding & marketing materials or Promotional/ branded merchandise.
