Titanic Belfast is giving away free tickets on NI Citizen’s Day to say thanks to its neighbours. More than 2,000 tickets will be given to local people to visit the iconic tourist attraction on14th January, 2018. The tickets will be allocated to the winners of a prize draw, who will get the chance to visit and enjoy the Titanic Experience, which tells the story of the Titanic, right from the ship’s conception in the early 1900s in Belfast.
The chief executive of Titanic Belfast, Judith Owens, said they have grown from strength to strength and awarded last year, by the World Travel Awards, with the title – World’s Leading Tourist Attraction and are experiencing currently their busiest year till date. She said it couldn’t have been done without local support. The chief executive added that to say thanks and show their appreciation, the ‘golden ticket’ winners who have or haven’t visited the place, will be thrown open its doors on 14th January, to enjoy at their doorstep the world-class experience.
