The Kent Big Weekend is returning this year and families will be getting the opportunity to bag free tickets to visit some of the top attractions of Kent. The annual event is a celebration, opening its doors on 1st April (Saturday) and 2nd April (Sunday) this year. The event as part of what Kent has to offer for the English Tourism Week. It will see the participation of more than 100 tourist attractions, pulling in thousands of visitors.
Over 22,000 free tickets will this year be offered to residents, to some of the biggest attractions, which includes Leeds Castle, Kent Life, Tonbridge Castle, Hever Castle, Port Lympne Reserve, Wingham Wildlife Park, Dover Castle, Dreamland Margate and National Trust properties. The event will also see activities like shopping experiences, railway adventures, boat rides and vineyard tours being arranged. Free tickets can be applied from 9th February up to 3rd March. Apply for as many attractions as you wish. They will be allotted by random ballot, restricted to 2 tickets per household. The free tickets can be applied online on the site- kentbigweekend.co.uk.
