There have been free taster sessions on various alternative therapy treatments and exercises organized by Radiance and Relaxation on every Tuesday at the Unity Centre, Saint Leonard’s Road, Rotherham S65 1PD. These are the lunch time relaxation sessions running between 11 am to 2 pm.
The free sessions are open to those aged above 50 years. The Radiance & Relaxation is a social enterprise created to unite communities to bring happiness and well being. They have recently received £10,000 in Lottery cash for offering activities for above 50’s to enable them to manage social isolation.
They have already launched free taster sessions of yoga, tai chi, laughter therapy, relaxation techniques, Indian head massage and hula dancing at the Unity Centre in St. Ann’s.
Terri Marie Williamson – Organiser said that these sessions are open to all aged above 50’s and will run every Tuesday from 11am to 2pm.
