There has been an open day hosted by SKF Karate Cashman’s Crawley Dojo on Sunday – March 24, 2019 at Unit 15 Pelham Court Business Centre, RH11 9SH Crawley. The sessions will be held between 10 am to 2 pm.

Martial Arts are inviting the community to step into their doors to
know on various self defence arts at SKF and training that are
offered to the individuals and families. In recent day, the
importance for martial arts among students is growing as self-defence
and the centre is offering such arts in the best possible position.
Kate Bagnall – Welcome manager said that they have opted to concentrate on fitness and in response they got increasing enquiries on self-defence arts. Hence a martial art based fitness session will be held on the day at 11am and a self-defence session at 1pm. These sessions will help the participants in knowing practical aspects of life skills in a safe environment. The free taster sessions on kickboxing, karate will also be held which are bookable in advance on the open day.
The
classes will be led by their experienced by Chief Instructor Jacey
Cashman and team ensuring support to the students in achieving their
goals. And the ethos of their club is martial arts for all having a
complete inclusive policy. All are welcome at their Dojo irrespective
of their age or abilities. All the above sessions are free on the
open day.
