The University of Bath Sport Training Village will be hosting a fun event and celebrating the entry of Ben Fletcher in the men’s under 100kg division at the Olympic Games Rio. People are being invited to cheer on the judoka as he competes in the event. On 11th August,Thursday, the Team Bath Dojo will, from 2pm to 4pm, be transformed into a Judo House.
The action from the Games at Brazil will be screened live in the Judo House. People joining in to cheer the sportsman at the dojo will be offered an interactive and free session on judo, to get a grips with the Olympic sport, but it will be enjoyable and fun to all ages, where no previous experience in the sport is required for participation on the day. Coaches and judoka of the Team Bath will be present to help people at the sessions.
