There has been open morning organized at Northallerton Leisure Centre on Thursday – June 6, 2019 at Brompton, Northallerton DL6 2UZ. The open day will be running from 9.30 am to 12.30 pm. There will also be free taster sessions, membership offers, free advice from councils Health and Wellbeing Assistants, refreshments, prize draws etc.
Northallerton Leisure Centre has started toning suite before 18 months and it is focused on people keen on exercise. At the same time it finds difficult because of mobility or weight issues. Now the centre’ Toning Suite has opened to public as open morning on Thursday.
The suite has 10 station facility with wide range of power supported machines which can be used by all irrespective of age, weight, mobility or fitness level. Mainly people use this suite to manage long suffering conditions of dementia, Parkinson, asthma, arthritis etc. even the equipments can be used by those post operation and after stroke treatments also.
