There has been a free taster session organized by one of the largest trampoline parks – Flip Out Doncaster on Wednesday – February 13, 2019 at 4.30 pm at Flip Out, Frenchgate Shopping Centre, St Sepulchre Gate, Doncaster DN11SW. You can enjoy exercise as well as dancing with the greater star.
One of the leading trampoline parks in Doncaster is offering a wonderful and different experience which brings dance cum trampoline skills with the help of Greatest Dancer’s TV star. He will present a dance on trampolines for flip out classes.
Flip Out is conducting various types of classes such as Mini Flippers, Flip Fit, After Dark, Little Ninjas, ASD & Disability Sessions. Fastest growing operator in the world is having their 78 outlets in 7 countries. They are conducting parties, regular classes and fitness sessions for people of all ages and abilities. They have the large trampolines, ball games, stunt box zones, resident DJs and various special events. These skills will help in improving balance, co-ordination, motor skills, bone density, low impact, lymphatic system, strengthen cells and cardiovascular fitness. Flip Out was started in Sydney in 2012 and started spreading across the world.
Flip Out Doncaster is starting its Flip Mode Dance Squad sessions later this month and organize for 7 week course which will be led by Art of Palm, a local professional dance group. Every week one hour dance class with 1 hour free bounce optionally.
The leader of Art of Palm – Pierre Lafayette-Marsh who has taken part on BBC’s ‘The Greatest Dancer’was telling about Flip Out Doncaster classes new type of dancing & trampolining. He said that it will be crazy, so come along for the taster session and join with them and the classes are suitable for 6 years and above, costing £6 per class. The classes will begin from February 27.
General Manager at Flip Out Doncaster – Jamie Hardy said that it is wonderful to begin new weekly classes helping people to stay fit and find fun. Their main aim is to form their own ‘Dance Squad’ to perform at future Flip Out Donny events.
They are offering free pair of trampoline grip socks to all those joining the new course. Those bounces this month will get a Bounce Back Card who can get a chance to come in March to get discounts.
