Sarah Hewson from Arnold Town is conducting various workshops motivating people to talk over phone to their beloved ones. She is running a medical device company and also a local councilor at Gedling Borough Council. She is planning to run classes in local schools also.
She believes that a mental health explosion may happen in the society, if people continue more usage of gadget devices. She is advising all to restrict the use of social media and take the phone and speak to people often.
Sara Hewson has organized for a first free session “The Power of Talk” on Wednesday – April 3, 2019 at Arnold Library, 161 Front St, Arnold, Nottingham NG5 7EE. The session will be held between 6 pm to 8 pm.
She said that people are using their mobile for just messaging mostly. They are speaking over phone to know about the happenings in other’s lives. Many people are saying that they fear of speaking over phone and at the same time, they are addicted to digital devices in social media etc. Sharing our problems with our friends over phone itself is half solved and will give mental health. Otherwise all will suffer with mental issues.
