The Frampton-on-Severn Sailing Club (FOSSC) is giving an open invitation on 17th May, to people of all ages and abilities, to have a go at sailing. The event will start at 11:00am and end at 5:00pm. FOSSC is taking part in the National Watersport Month, which is this May, and in the RYA Push the Boat Out weekend.
It’s open to those new to the sport, or trying to get back and to regular sailors. Experienced sailors will be ready at the helm of the club’s fleet of dingies and will take the visitors for a sail. Visitors are only asked to get water-resistant footwear and jackets, to join in the event. Everything else is free. There’s no age limit and booking is not required.
