Symphony Hall will be holding an open air music event for the first time. The iconic Birmingham hall is using its dock and loading bay space, off Bond Street, for the 10-hour free event, packed with music and family events. It will be hosted on 12th June, Sunday, from 11am to 9pm, in Birmingham.
The unique Music Picnic is also part of Access All Areas Free Music Day and the weekend event will be set up in the access bay. So visitors will get a chance to see the iconic concert hall as never before, as Symphony Hall celebrates its 25th anniversary. The free event will have entertainment, free performances and special appearances, with opportunities to both learn and take part as well.
