To keep fit right into the winter, try out the free induction sessions at the outdoor-gym, in the open air in Smallfield. The Tandridge Trust has teamed up with the councils of the area to organise these free sessions. The sessions are in Smallfield outdoor-gym, on dates throughout the months of September and October, for teaching people on usage of fitness equipment in the great outdoors. The open air gym is on Wheelers Lane, situated near Centenary Hall.
The fitness programme is designed for anyone liking to know the usage of the equipment, or who needs to get started with some help. Tandridge Trust’s fitness instructors will be there to teach all who wish to be active and fit. The open-air gym is accessible to all adults for free. The free sessions will be run on 23 September (Tuesday) and 7 October (Tuesday), at 2.00pm. On 25 September (Thursday) and 9 October (Thursday), it will be at 6.00pm. On 28 September (Sunday) and 12 October (Sunday), it will be at 11.00am. For details about the sessions, contact Mr. Chris Cole of Tandridge Trust on phone- 01883 344355.
