Free health event to help well-being at Barnoldswick

Keep up the feel-good and well-being in you. Head tot the Health and Well-being Day, being hosted on 28th January (Saturday), at the Rainhall Centre, on Rainhall Road, at Barnoldswick (Lancashire). The event offers free entry and runs from 10am to 4pm.

The free sessions will keep your feel-good vibes flowing. Join the sessions designed to revitalise and empower both mind and body, like a Bowen Therapy, meditation, a reiki demonstration, sound healing or oracle card readings. Experience the calming powers of Border Harmony Choir when you sing-along. Or enjoy a talk by medicinal herbalist, Daneielle Kay, on herbs’ uplifting potency.

Explore with Slimming World about adopting a healthier diet. Karma Minds Yoga representatives will talk on benefits of exercise and demonstrate chair-based mobility. Taste and purchase from Utopia’s health food stall here. Lancashire Well-being Service and Pendle Dementia Action Alliance will have representatives at hand. Information on drug addiction, money and debt counselling will also be provided. Bloom’s healthy cafe will also provide food at Barnoldswick.
