Free classes offered by a gym on fitness day

As part of the nation-wide Fitness Day, a free event on fitness will be started in East Grimstead on 28th of September.

The Energie Fitness Club located on Lodon Road, will join hands with other gyms, groups, schools and parties across the United Kingdom to commemorate National Fitness Day as part of the Empower Half Hour programme.  

The Energie Gym would be conducting a spin class from 12 to 1 in the afternoon of the 28th of September as part and parcel of the nation wide event.
The National Fitness Day UK is celebrating its second year and they will be partnering with Fitness Industry Association (FIA) to become the largest fitness-centred day of the year across the country.

A representative of the FIA, Mr. James Daniels stated that it was just the right time of the year to commence thoughts about getting fit and the National Fitness Day offered everyone with a variety of capabilities an interface on which they could begin a novel and healthier way of life.

He added that they welcomed one and all to join them on that day, to be motivated bay others and assist in the celebration of fitness and being in shape throughout the country.

That same day, the public have also been requested to make contributions at different programmes that have been arranged to offer support to the Teenage cancer Trust, a charitable organisation that is committed to enhancing the lives of youngsters who have been affected by the disease.

Kerry James who is one of the members working for the organisation remarked that sport and fitness were extremely significant that summer and that it was a fantastic chance for the public to be encouraged by sport and try and get into shape.
