Free fitness class by BMF at Canterbury park

The people of Canterbury will be offered a free fitness class by staff of British Military Fitness (BMF), later in the month. The free fitness session will be offered to anyone who wishes to try it out and it will be held from 9:00AM on 30th May, Saturday, at the Victoria Memorial Recreation Ground, Canterbury, Kent. The session will be run by present and former members belonging to the British Armed Forces. The BMF is private company and offers outdoor fitness sessions. BMF employs members who are currently serving or former members, of the armed forces of UK, as their staff. It was founded in 1999 and now runs group fitness classes all over the UK in more than 145 public parks and outdoor spaces. Anyone interested can try the free taster sessions being offered by BMF.
