National Fisheries & Angling Manager for the Canal & River Trust – John Ellis said that the activity of fishing on your nearby canal/ river is a great chance to burst out your stress and to have a peaceful mind and keep away from daily routine of your life. People do not realise that fishing is a great exercise to burn around 500 calories in one time fishing in the morning. Their free Let’s Fish is a good chance for local people not only to enjoy a wonderful day outing but also they can learn a new skill in their life and get relaxed with their family. The activity also makes people to get in touch with nature slowly and he is hoping for this free session will drive more people both youngsters and elders to get hooked on to the nearby canals.
