Bonfire Night is also known as Guy Fawkes Night or Guy Fawkes Day which is an annual ceremony followed on November 5 in commemoration of Guy Fawkes.
At various locations, Bonfire night’s firework displays will be held on different days. You can enjoy free entry at some areas of Bristol and Kent.
On Friday November 2 – Halloween & Fireworks Display at Horton Social Club
Anyone who is dressed up with Halloween-themed costumes, there will be free entry to them. For others a donation of £5 is charged. The gate will open at 7 pm and the firework displays will start at 8 pm at Horton Social Club, Bristol, BS37 6QJ. You can get the tickets at the gate.
On Sunday, November 4 – at Bradley Stoke
Bradley Stoke Council has organised for its 16th year of firework display and it will be a free event. There will be charity collection points available for the Mayor’s Charities. You are requested to give generously.
The gate will be open at 4.30 pm and the firework display will start at 6 pm at Jubilee Centre, Savages Wood Road, Bradley Stoke, BS32 8HL. Along with the fireworks you can also enjoy with various stalls and refreshments.
On Friday, November 2 – at St Nicholas
Sarre Parish Council has organised for firework display at Bell Meadow, Bridges Close, St Nicholas-at-Wade, CT7 0PX. It will start at 6.30 pm and refreshments will be available at the place.
On Saturday, November 3 – at Gillingham
There will be free firework display at Great Lines Heritage Park, Great Lines, Gillingham, ME7 5DE and the Mayor of Medway will lit the bonfire at 5 pm. The firework displays will start at 7.30 pm. Refreshments will be available on the day. For more details please contact on 01634 338141.
But there are no public toilets and pets are not allowed. You cannot use your own sparklers at the location. There is no parking available on site.
