St.Andrew’s Day can be celebrated interestingly by going out and about and so people across The Outer Hebrides who can take advantage are being urged to take up the offers and activities available on 30th November, to celebrate Scotland’s national day. Part of the St. Andrew’s Day Out attractions is the Calanais Visitor Centre, on the Isle of Lewis and Western Isles Wildlife on North Uist. St. Andrew’s Day is the right time to discover over 200 attractions across Scotland. These gems can be found ranging from the Central Belt to Western Isles, or from the Highlands to the Borders. Such incentivese allow a lot of families to enjoy the day out. They come at half the price or as several free events that include events like story-telling sessions from Ian Stephan, or as Christine De Luca’s poetry readings and even as a bookworm session, all that is taking place all over the Isles throughout the weekend of St. Andrew’s Day.
