Free events with Parklife in Vale Park coming to Aylesbury

The Aylesbury Town Council will be bringing you outdoor music, fun and picnics in a weekend of free events, coinciding with the Bank Holiday August, with Parklife in Vale Park, Aylesbury. Well known Dez Kay, Radio DJ, will compere the Live in the Park, on 29th August, Saturday. Working with the town council will be Stuart Robb, local promoter, to line up an array of local talent on stage. Live music by Bustin Loose, Old Country Union, The Synthetic, Whirlwind and El Bronson will be presented over 8 eight hours during the event. The soul, disco and dance band, Platform Soul will perform to their strong local following in the park. Toyah Willcox, the Eighties pop star, will perform the headline act to conclude the fantastic Saturday. On the following Sunday, on 30th August, the fun will continue. There will be Church in the Park, Proms in the Park and Fun in the Park events. Featured will be an outdoor church service. Thee will be a funfair with local food, drinks and lots of rides. Proms and sparkling fireworks will conclude the weekend of free events.
