There will be various free events running in and around London. Some of them are below:

Welcome to the Forest:

There has been a free event of Welcome to the Forest organised from Friday – January 11 to Sunday – January 13, 2019 at Waltham Forest Town Hall, Lloyd Park, Forest Road. The event will run from 6 pm to 9.30 pm. Kicked off by by London Borough of Culture and it is a big family oriented event to celebrate their past, present and future of north east London. Talk on Cavalry War

There will be a free talk by Adam Zamoyski who is a Historian & Author on January 11, 2019 at National Army Museum, Royal Hospital Rd, Chelsea, London SW3 4HT at 11.30 am. He will talk about the cavalry’s uses in Eastern Europe after first world war. It is a free event but booking is recommended. Free Taster session:

There will be a free taster for those aged 19+ years on January 11, 2019 at The View (Epping Forest), 6 Ranger’s Rd, Chingford, London E4 7QH between 1.30 pm to 3.30 pm. Led by textiles lecturer Talula Noor and run along with Waltham Forest Adult Education Service. The participants can make a magical forest box and decorate with the materials found in the forest areas. Free dance party:

There has been an inaugural event night of The Deadbeat Club on January 11, 2019 between 11 pm to 3 am. This is free to enter and you can enjoy a wonderful dance party with music and more. Free entry to Flea Market:

There is free entry to the Hackney Flea Market. You can find 20th century’s furniture, clothes, records, textiles, salvaged homeware and more.
