There will be free events on Rugby Festival of Culture coming this year and running from Sunday – June 23 to Sunday – July 14, 2019. The events are being supported by Rugby First and Rugby Borough Council.
The festival brings all the rugby artists together to make it as a wonderful celebration of music, drama and fun in the town. Like last years, the festival will also add Rugby School’s festival also as a festival of arts and education.
There will be various free events at the festival.
Collage of Cultures on 23 June at Benn Partnership Centre Railway Terrace, Rugby CV21 3HR between 12 pm to 2 pm.
Live music event on 23 June at The Squirrel Inn, 33 Church street, Rugby CV21 3PU at 7 pm.
Real tour of Rugby via town’s real ale pubs and finish the trail to enter draw and win prizes, between 23 June to 14 Juy at Rugby town centre, just pay for the drinks alone.
Book magic – stories, craft and fun for entire family between 23 June to 14 July at Rugby Library Little Elborow Street, Rugby CV21 3BZ from 2 pm to 3 pm.
There will also be some events returning this year musical quartet Stringfever, comedy courtesy of Alun Cochrane, Zoe Lyons, Laura Lexx and others and some theatre etc.
