1) Free Taster on Pottery at Frome College
There will be a Free taster session on pottery held on Saturday – September 22, 2018. This session has been organised by Frome Community Education and is being scheduled between 10 am to 12 pm at Frome College located at Bath Road, Frome, Somerset BA11 2HQ.
They have already started enrollment for September term classes and classes will begin from Monday September 24 and recruited two more tutors for their team who are all having more experience in their field. 2) Free workshop on Morris dancing
There has been organised a free workshop on Morris dancing on Saturday – September 22, 2018 by Leeds Morris Men. The session will run from 2 pm to 6 pm and be held at St Michaels Church Hall, Headingley LS6 3AW.
Leeds Morris Men are Leeds based Morris Dancing group in West Yorkshire and beginned its history 60 years back. They perform generally from the Cotswold tradition and also know the dances from traditions of sword & Welsh border.
Before the free session, the group will be performing morris dance in and around Headingley which will start at Arcadia at 11 am. Please contact the team if anyone would like to join.
A Spokesperson of the group said that there is no need for any level of experience required and the group aims to teach the participants one dance in the session. The main aim of this free session is to give a chance to everyone to know more about Morris dancing & English tradition, learn dancing and can get clarified all your doubts.
