Would you like to know more about how to keep your children safe using internet? Here there are various Stay Safety sessions for parents. Parenting is really tricky sometimes and managing their kids growing into adolescence will be difficult. Parents or carers are in a situation to be more cautious in handling children while they are working online.
There has been free “Stay Safety” sessions organized by the West Sussex county council in association with the NSPCC and Barnardo’s (a children’s charity). The details of the sessions are as follows:
On Thursday – February 7, 2019 at Holbrook Primary School, Holbrook School Lane, Horsham RH12 5PP between 6 pm to 8 pm.
On Thursday – March 14, 2019 at Sackville School, Lewes Rd, East Grinstead RH19 3TY between 6 pm to 8 pm.
On Monday – March 18, 2019 at Elm Grove School, 33 Elm Grove, Worthing BN11 5LQ between 6 pm to 8 pm.
Parents and carers are invited to make use of the above sessions. These sessions are designed to cover the parents having children aged between 7 to 11 years which give them knowledge and skills to know about internet, understand it and encouraging them to talk to their kids about the good and bad things of using online. This is really helpful for the parents and carers to get more confidence. Even family and friends are also welcome to the event as all are having a role in children’s life and aims to keep the children, youngsters and adults stay safe.
